About these terms
These terms apply when you browse the HOQBA website or place an order. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter a contract and that the information provided is accurate.
Products & availability
We aim to describe products accurately, but colours, textures and natural material variation may differ slightly from screen images. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may limit quantities or cancel an order where pricing, stock, payment or fraud issues arise; any captured payment will be refunded.
Prices & payment
Prices and currencies are displayed on the website. Delivery, duties and taxes are shown or described during checkout where possible. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. Obvious pricing errors do not bind HOQBA, and we will contact you before proceeding.
Delivery & risk
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. HOQBA is not responsible for delay caused by customs, carriers, incorrect address details, force majeure or events beyond reasonable control. Ownership transfers after full payment; risk transfers on delivery to the stated address or authorised recipient.
Returns & cancellations
Eligible returns must follow the process described on the Shipping & Returns page. Mandatory cancellation or consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
Warranty & liability
The commercial warranty is described on the Warranty page. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOQBA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products.
Intellectual property & acceptable use
HOQBA names, logos, designs, photographs, text and site materials are owned by or licensed to HOQBA. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation or submit unlawful content.
Changes, governing rules & contact
